Banana Oat Breakfast Shake + Review

Banana Oat Breakfast Shake

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and a meal that’s not to be missed. Haven’t we all heard that before. It’s true though, a well balanced breakfast will set you up for the day and stop those pesky sugary cravings. This smoothie will satisfy you till lunch time. It’s full of some my favourite things, oats, honey, banana and my all time favourite, a strong shot of molten brown espresso. Banana’s can be found in most smoothies but sometimes they can get all clumpy and thick which I don’t like. By using this Panasonic Slow Juicer you don’t get any of that, instead you get a velvety smoothie which has the texture of satin.

The espresso will bring your morning alive, the banana keeps you fuller for longer, a dose maple syrup sweetens the shake up and a dash of oats bring texture and they are so good for you. Hello heart health and lower cholesterol. Oat milk is the final ingredient, I use this as I really don’t like cows milk but ultimately it’s up to you.
