Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and a meal that’s not to be missed. Haven’t we all heard that before. Banana Oat Breakfast Shake
A smooth, creamy, oaty, espresso laced shake which will make you rise and shine in the morning.
- 2 handfuls Crushed ice
- 1/2 Banana
- 200 ml Oat milk
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Oats
- 1 or 2 shots Espresso freshly brewed
1. Set up the slow juicer and place some crushed ice in a tall glass. Set under the dispenser nozzle.
2. Chop up the banana into smallish pieces and place into the slow juicer followed by the milk, maple syrup, oats and espresso. Give a stir with a long spoon, add a straw and enjoy straight away.
